My name is Lane Stafford. I am a native Texan and proud Kentuckian since 2010, working and raising a family here in my adopted home in the Bluegrass. My goal in starting Oaken Tex-Lex BBQ was to find a way to share Central Texas-style, craft BBQ with all my family and friends here in Lexington.

Everything I cook is available chilled and vac-sealed right at the point I would usually slice and serve, so it’s ready for you to pick up and reheat to share with your own family and friends at your convenience.
